• 1981-1984 Marketing manager of Electrotherm dealing in and installation of furnaces,control instruments etc Installed heat treatment plants, control Instruments in steel plants, process industries etc including Submarines and dredgers of Indian navy.
• 1984-1989 worked for chowgule group representing Eizo Pensoti of Italy, Buhler of Germany and JRC of Japan installing and selling CNC 4 axis machining centres in a large no. Of public and pvtt sector industries. Travelled extensively in India and abroad
• 1989- 1995 Director marketing of Indbacker India Ltd . A heating element mfg. Company. Travelled extensively and brought most of the appliance manufacturers of India to buy the co’s elements. Exported tubular heaters to Canada, south Africa and Australia.
• 1995-2004. Founder director and implementor of indigenous ERP solutions of Winsoft and Eonsoft pvt. Ltd. Sold the sales force automation solutions in India.
• 2004-2009 Director operations of HR Capitol solutions pvt ltd.Recruitment of IT personnel for Microsoft, Accenture, Wipro and many It cos, FMCG cos and other mfg industries. Provided staffing solutions.
• 2009 – 2016 Director SHOBHA INFRA solutions a construction company a family business.
• 2016 onwards CEO of A LURN IT SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD an EHS solution provider.

He has hands on experience in implementation of ERP software solutions, Services and Management systems.

Our Sr ERP Adviser Mrs Roopa , He has worked over 11 years in Multi National companies. We have served many prestigious Industries and our Technical team comprises of qualified professionals with hands on experience in ERP domain and can provide complete solutions.

Business Development:

Hemanth,MBA (IIM) is responsible for corporate development, strategy, strategic relations and business development, and has served as a founding member.

Prior to joining QLurn, Hemanth served as a Projects, Process and Productivity aspects of ITC, a company with a distinctive business model focused on continuously inventing and growing new market facing businesses to address global unmet needs with unique and sustainably differentiated business models. Prior to ITC, he founded, served as the lead, and executed the sale of a technology-consulting Company, Part of the solution designing team for Wild craft process from Bangalore. Hemanth developed leading edge business and technology solutions for both emerging businesses as well as established corporations. Prior to Wildcraft , Hemanth served and Coordinated the global level testing teams across Vietnam, Mexico and Chennai as an Associate Systems Engineer of Business Development and part of the team that launched the very successful for CSC India.

Director Technical:

Mr Murthii is the EVP and Director Technical at RapidoERP. His primary responsibility is to define the technology and development of Rapiod’s flagship ERP software product. He has managed the evolution of the product from its initial Unix, character based roots through two subsequent generations of products: a Windows client/server product, and the current state of the art multi-tier Web based product and Cloud Technologies’. He is also responsible for the provision of all client support, consulting, and implementation services at QLurn. He believes that it is the feedback through direct contact with clients that is pivotal in ensuring that RapidoERP has the best software product possible.

Murthii joined Rapido in 2017 where he held the position of Product Development Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Product Development. Prior to working at Swiesh, he was a financial solutions analyst at the HP Houston TX.
